- Vehicles considered must be less than 10 years old and have under 150,000 kilometres.
- All vehicles are subject to inspection and appraisal by Southern Automobiles.
- A mechanical and/or condition check may be required prior to purchase.
- Not all vehicles will be purchased. Final decision is at the sole discretion of Southern Automobiles.
- Vehicles must have no money owing, including finance, liens, or security interests.
- The seller must be the legal owner of the vehicle and provide valid identification.
- Proof of ownership and relevant documentation may be required.
- Offers are non-transferable and may be time-limited.
- Southern Automobiles reserves the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle condition differs from what was presented.
- Same-day payment is available once the vehicle has been approved for purchase and all required paperwork has been completed. Payment method and timing may be subject to banking cut-off times.
- Vehicles with significant damage, excessive wear, or undisclosed issues may be declined.
